British King Charles was diagnosed with cancer.

According to the British broadcaster BBC, the royal palace Buckingham Palace says that King Charles has been diagnosed with cancer and his treatment started on Monday.

According to the royal palace, the cancer was diagnosed during treatment for King Charles' prostate.

Buckingham Palace did not say what type of cancer the monarch had been diagnosed with.

On the other hand, Prince Harry, the son of King Charles, has spoken to his father and he will leave America for Britain in the coming days.

Charles, 75, has been advised to postpone public duties, but will carry out state duties and meet weekly with Prime Minister Rishi Shankar.

According to the royal palace, during Queen Kamila's treatment, Crown Prince William will perform duties in her place.

It should be noted that last month, King Charles was admitted to the hospital for prostate surgery.
