The US Federal Court found Israel guilty of genocide in Gaza

Israel was convicted guilty of genocide in Gaza by the US Federal Court.

Israel is carrying out genocide in Gaza, according to the ruling of US Federal Court Judge Jeffrey White. Statements by various Israeli government officials indicate that the ongoing military siege in Gaza is aimed at exterminating the Palestinians.

The decision states that the US administration has failed to fulfill its responsibility in stopping the genocide in Gaza. However, it is not within the court's jurisdiction to stop the US from supporting Israel, so the case is dismissed.

This decision of the Federal Court has come after the historic decision of the International Court of Justice last Friday.

On November 13 of last year, the American Center for Constitutional Rights sued in federal court on behalf of Palestinian human rights organizations.
The lawsuit's plaintiffs sought an urgent preliminary injunction to prevent Biden, Blanken, and Austin from giving Israel any more cash, weaponry, or military or diplomatic support.
